Okay, I need your opinion here. How about these Kate Spade's for beach shoes. Washable to get the sand off. But how about maneurvability. Think these are going to stay on if I have to step in the water to board on or off? What about my feet slipping around on the inside? Are they cute or corny? At first I loved them, then I hated them, now I just can't decide. Kate Spade beach shoes, just has a ring to it, but are they the ones?
Tora Burch, Thora Click here, I always find myself needing Navy Blue shoes, but have a hard time finding them. I like these, but still a bit expensive for Flip Flops.
Blowfish, love these two colors, very prominent this spring. Click here
Cute for work dontcha' think?

Jack Rogers Sandals, I don't even have to tell you all how much I love these right? Click here
Steven by Steve Madden Click here they come in black too! Not so good for the beach, because the sand would get all up under the top of the shoe, and hurt with friction, but I'm loving these for a night out at The Dock, or some of our festivals.
What have ya'll seen around this spring, for beach wear?

Those blowfish flats are to die for! I'm so happy you added a follow to my blog so I could find yours! :)
Great finds all around! You can never go wrong with T. Burch!
All so beautiful, I can't pick my favourite!
I have left a little something for you over at my blog, take a peek whenever you have a chance!
Have a great week!
I feel like the Kate Spade would get all slimy like jelly shoes! I love my Jack Rogers and Rainbow flip flops...I am not the creative with summer shoes! Prefer to be barefoot, but not an option in the city!
The blowfish flats are now on my to buy list! I don't suit yellow so blue it is :)
I have learned my lesson the hard way with Steve Madden - overpriced and poor quality. I bought a pair of fabulous platform Madden's to wear under my Oscar dress a few years back and they broke the third time I wore them. I returned them and they broke within a week. I returned them again and then they broke just as quickly. I finally said I didn't want to exchange for another pair that would just break again but they refused to give me my money back. So now, I refuse to buy their shoes, even though it's hard because sometimes their styles are so cute!

check out these blowfish peep toes!!! these are my next purchase :)
Hello my love! Just what I needed to get my week off to a great start, a fun shoe post from my luvah Miss Bumpkin!
Ok, first things first, as much as I love KS, the first two pairs are cutesy in theory, but look pretty uncomfortable actually...not a lot of support and I think they would be sticky/squishy in the MS summer heat. I have a pair of Tory Burch jellies and when I wear them when it's warm they become squeaky and uncomfortable.
Personally of your selections, I love the Jack Rogers (FLOWERS!! Love the clear/gold combo so much! I think I need them too, we can be shoe sisters!) You can't go wrong with the TB thongs. The patent leather (Navy) is pretty and the bling adds a little dressy.
Matt and I CAN'T WAIT to hit up The Dock with you and the Captain. SO FUN!
Thanks for Matt's birthday wishes and the sidebar love. You are the best! XOXOX
Just realized my post didn't include anything very helpful as far as the whole practicality thing goes for beach footwear :/ -- my personal faves for wearing on the beach are Havaianas..cute and practical, you can get them wet, and sand won't affect them. Also lightweight that you can throw in a tote and change shoes at your destination (I am famous for this in the summer.) I usually go for the patterned "Slim" series. Also, check Macy's, they often run sales on them over the Spring/Summer.
XOXO
I need some of these right now!!
LOVE ~~
Love the navy sandals...think "sandals" not flipflops and the price won't sting so much LOL.
Great shoes1!! I think the Kate Spade's will be fine since they have the back strap. Very cute!!
Thanks for the comment on my blog!! Glad we have found each other! :)
oh my GOSH I LOVE THE LAST TWO
oh! and ps funny story, i JUST saw a an old comment from you. You are SO goin on my blog roll now :)probably you should add me... :)
oh NO! i thought i had ya there and i saw the comment and was all "HEY! Why haven't I seen her blog in so long!?"
I am SMITTEN with the top three Jack Rogers sandals (thank you for posting them, might have to go find them myself).
As far as the Kate Spades, normally I love her shoes, but those aren't sitting with me quite right. They remind me of a pair of jelly shoes that I had as a kid except not neon pink. :)
I love all your choices...but I think your foot would swish around inside the potential beach shoes. Keen has some neat beach shoes but they are definitely not quite as feminine. I envy you the beach!
I'm sold on the jack rogers! Not sure about the K.Spade jellies - I have terrible memories of blisters from jelly sandals rubbing sand on my tootsies!
Love shoes too! The first 2 are my fav. xoox
SC
I like the kate spades, just don't think they will work properly with the water. Perfect for on land though =)
I like the Thora Birch and Blowfish pairs as well. All great choices!
I have to tell you, I don't get much into shoes in the summer - I live in flip flops when I'm not at work! Granted I have Steve Madden flip flops but I have to say, they give me blisters every single time I wear them, no matter what I do to try to avert it! Sigh...
I'm so happy that you liked my cake post! That's probably my favorite recipe ever.
Great to meet you!
Love the Jack Rogers shoes! Way too cute! Hope you enjoyed your weekend!
Love all of these sandals, especially the blowfish ones!
as my boss always says to me, you're asking all the right questions! haha.
no but seriously those kate spades are faboo. i say YES! and the tory burch and blowfish ones are suh-weet!
Can't go wrong with the Tory Thoras - ever. The Kate Spades look uncomfortable to me (since you asked), especially in our gulf coast heat and humidity. You'll have a new blister every time you wear them. You need good old Havaianas for the beach and Columbia sandals (good grips) for the boat. I always have a cute pair in the beach bag for going into a restaurant, bar or other establishment. :-)
LOVE the Jack Rogers too! XOXO
