Orange Bundt Cake with Orange Cream Cheese Frosting


This is a fabulous recipe a must try and just the right time for it.

ORANGE BUNDT CAKE with Orange Cream Cheese Frosting

1 super moist Betty Crocker white cake mix
1 (3 oz.) orange Jello
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs

Add all ingredients to the cake mix including dry Jello. Beat well. Add one egg at a time and beat after each addition. Spray Bundt pan with Pam and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until cake turns loose from side of pan. Remove hot cake from pan, cool and frost with cream cheese frosting.

Orange Cream Cheese Glaze
1 (3 ounce) package softened cream cheese
1 tablespoon orange juice
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar

Orange Cream Cheese Glaze: Beat one 3 oz. package of softened cream cheese at medium speed until creamy. Add 1 tablespoons orange juice and 1/4 tsp of vanilla; beat until smooth.
Gradually add 1 1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar, beating until smooth.
Spoon Orange Cream Cheese Glaze over warm cake.


Serve warm, or place in the refrigator and remove 30 minutes before serving.
