Let's Try This Again~3

Today I wish I was famous, and could just have my assistant call up and reserve me a spot at the Sex and The City 2 Premiere in New York City tonight.

From Marie Claire June 2010, this issue and the SJP Vogue should have come this month in the mail. They came last month to start my subscription, but no not this month. I need these to collect, and I need to get to the liquor store and get the collector bottle of Skye Vodka.

Collectors items are everywhere on the interwebs. I already have The SATC 2 Fashion Book, on the way to the swing. I'll be telling the news (really the shoes) by Friday.
The book will feature a break down of EVERY SINGLE OUTFIT from the film. This includes accessories, brand names and fashion inspirations:
The book comes in a deluxe hardback edition ($29.95 USD) as well as paperback ($19.95 USD) and features commentary from ALL four of the main actors as well Michael Patrick King and the fabulous Patricia Field.

I can't wait to get my hands on this lovely, and share the knowledge with all of you.
Counting them down,
Love,
The Bumpkin

Hey Bumpkin, I read this but I wasn't sure what to comment.

Feel free to use my shower story for your Leave You With a Laugh Friday. I'd be honored.

These images of Cynthia Nixon are amazing, she is so pretty and I love one-shouldered Navy gown on her! That book is going to be a classic, not surprised its on its way to the swing, it needs a place of honor in your new dressing room! I saw pictures online from the movie set with Carrie's new closet, and Captain John needs to get to painting so we can see your fabulous shoe shelves xoxoxox LOVE SHOES! xox

I LOVE the shoes featured in SATC-I feel sometimes like Carrie's twin sib or something but am definitely more like Charlotte.
I, too collect huge coffee table books of clothing and accessories I love-I now have seven boxes of them in the garage-too many to display, a girl has to collect something. :-)
Thank you for sharing in advance-cannot wait!
Have a great one, cheers!

SO EXCITING (about the book!). I have to admit that I have tickets to the advance showing of SATC 2 tonight in San Francisco, and I can hardly contain my excitement. Although there will surely be a day-after-Christmas feeling when it's over!

Girl, you are the poasting DIVA! You must spend lots of time finding these amazing images and creative posts that I drool over. If only I were fashion forward! Roberta Roller Rabbit is my latest addiction, light, brezzy, and hids things! Although I do have a pair of Louboutins, not my most comfortable shoes. Ha Ha!

Have not been to check the beach out since last Friday and haven't that the Bay, Waveland, or the Pass are seeing oil. I smell oil, big time, at different times. It comeas and goes, must be the wind. I live on Rotten Bayou, which feeds into the Jourdan River, which goes into the Bay of St Louis, as I'm sure you know through Capt John and living here. We are so worried and praying for all the Gulf Coast. I'm going back to read your older posts to see what Capt John has found out. Keep me posted.

And yea, "How Nice" that NOLA girl is in Paris! Been there only once, hope to go back.

I am a huge SITC fan. But, all of this hype and publicity is kind of cheaping the girls!

Thanks so much for the note on my blog! I'm glad to discover yours, too. And I would *love* to be at that premiere. The way some people would love an audience with the pope!
